1) Where is HandmadeProps based at?
    We are an online store based in Singapore.

2) How do I place an order?
    You may email us @ handmadeprops@gmail.com or use the contact form here.
    We will send you with an invoice with the items requested and payment details.  
    Kindly indicate your event date in the message. This will help us make sure that the props will be ready in time for your event. 

3) Where can i collect my props?
    You can arrange to self-collect your props at the following location:
    - Yishun mrt
    - Toa Payoh mrt
    - Bouna Vista mrt

    Other locations are subjected to availability. 

4) If I place my order today, when can I expect to receive my items?
    - For available props, the props will be ready for collection the next day. Payment can be cash on delivery (COD) or via i-banking.
    - For props that are out of stock, the props will be ready for collection 1 week after payment is received

5) Can I customize the color/size of the items listed on the website?
    Yes, custom orders are welcome.
    Kindly send us your requests via email or contact form.

6) I could not find a suitable set for my event, can I request for custom made props based on the theme of my event?
    Yes, we would love to create unique handmade props specially for your event.

7) Which payment methods are accepted?
    Payment can be cash on delivery (COD), via PayPal or i-banking.

8) What is the currency used on the website?
    All prices are shown and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

9) What is the return and refund policy?
    All goods sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable.
    In the event that an item is defective upon collection, we would exchange it with a new piece.

10) Does HandmadeProps provide delivery service?
    Currently, this option is not available. We will be reviewing if we are able to provide the service very soon 

11) Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, only self collection is available to ensure that all props are kept at optimal condition. We will be reviewing if we are able to provide this service very soon.
